BIO:

Robert (Will) De Grood is originally from South Carolina but attended Episcopal High School in Virginia and went on to obtain his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Business from Sewanee: The University of the South in 2019. Being from the Carolinas, Will decided to return home to Charleston and worked for several years in accounting at a public insurance firm before making his transition to the Director of Accounting role at Red Lab. Will works alongside childhood friend and Co-Owner, Addison Miles in Red Labs accounting department. Some of Will’s responsibilities consist of managing daily general ledger activity and ensuring the smooth closure of financial periods. Outside of the office, Will enjoys playing golf, spending time on or around the water, and hanging out with friends and family.
